Christine Erwin, Licensed Massage Therapist

Background & Philosophy

Christine's practice is guided by a fundamental belief: that the body has an innate capacity to heal when given the right support. Her work focuses on identifying and releasing the subtle restrictions — in the craniosacral system, the fascia, and the soft tissue — that prevent the body from functioning at its best.

Over her career, Christine has helped clients find relief from a wide range of conditions including chronic headaches and migraines, TMJ dysfunction, neck and back pain, fibromyalgia, and stress-related tension. Her patient, attentive approach makes her especially effective with clients who have found little relief through conventional treatments.

Christine holds certification from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and is deeply committed to ongoing education. She regularly pursues advanced training in CranioSacral Therapy and Active Isolated Stretching to ensure her clients receive the most current and effective care available.

Areas of Focus

CranioSacral Therapy

A gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction, and improve whole-body health and performance.

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS)

A precise stretching method that improves flexibility, restores range of motion, and supports injury recovery without overstressing the muscles.

Chronic Pain & Headache Relief

Targeted treatment for clients managing migraines, TMJ, fibromyalgia, and other chronic conditions that have not responded to conventional care.

Stress & Tension Release

Therapeutic work that addresses the physical manifestations of stress — tight shoulders, neck tension, restricted breathing — to restore ease and calm.
